UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

Grief Tending workshops and ceremonies draw on a lineage pioneered by ​​Sophy Banks and Jeremy Thres (see this page on their website for more). The lead workshop facilitators have gone through Sophy and Jeremy's Apprenticing to Grief programme, and they are supported by a team bringing a wealth of life experience and expertise to this work. 

Share Your Grief

Saturday 25th April, 10am to 4pm
1st Sea Scouts, Lakenham, Norwich NR1 2NW

You are warmly invited to share your feelings around loss in this one-day workshop. We will weave together small group work, circle sharing, and a simple, inclusive ceremony, followed by feasting, soothing and integration.

​Widening Circles Grief Tending Learning Journey

Friday 8th May (6.30pm to 8.30pm) & Saturday 9th May, 10am to 5pm

Old Carrow House, Norwich NR1

Explore how to design a grief tending journey and how to meet grief and loss with more creativity and confidence. A practical and inspirational workshop programme for anyone interested in forming a grief tending peer group, and for professionals working in any context where grief is an issue.

Norfolk and Waveney Mind are running a programme called 'sUStain' focused on support for eco-anxiety and climate grief. They offer Climate Cafes, and workshops on Mindfulness and Active Hope.

We highly recommend the Grief Tending events offered by our teacher and colleague Sophy Banks and team. Workshops are generally held in Devon and online. Sophy and team also offer the Apprenticing to Grief programme.
